Warm Rents is a pioneering programme led by Switchee that’s rethinking how rent is structured in social housing. It offers a heat-inclusive rent model backed by smart data, enabling residents to live in warm, healthy homes while providing landlords with a fair, evidence-based way to share heating costs. In its first year alone, the programme has delivered results with significant implications for policy, property management, and resident wellbeing across the UK.
